Paul Cowley
Paul Cowley is a founding partner of Paragon Legal Technology Support. As Chief Executive Officer, Paul Cowley is responsible for strategic planning and initiatives, making recommendations to the Executive team and managing the company’s growth mission and operational objectives.
Before Paul was associated with Paragon, he worked in business development with two national document management organizations in Birmingham, Alabama and Atlanta, Georgia respectively. Paul received his undergraduate degree from Christopher Newport University in Economics.
Marc Muzi
Marc Muzi is a founding partner of Paragon Legal Technology Support. As President, his main focus is the recruitment and development of the organizations operations staff.
Marc began his career in 1995 with Birmingham Legal Copies. After short stints as a CSR and site manager, he became Production Manager in 1996. In 1999, he relocated to Atlanta to work in the same position for Document Technologies, Inc. After four productive years with DTI, he partnered with longtime colleague Paul Cowley to start Paragon in Chicago, IL.
Marc is a graduate from the University of Alabama in 1994 with a B.S. in Marketing.
Michael Fain
Michael is an Alabama Native. He has been serving some of the largest law firms in the legal market for over the past 17 years. Michael joined Paragon Legal Technology Support in August of 2011 as the Vice President of Sales & Operations. Michael is the perfect fit to work along with your team to be sure Paragon delivers on our commitments. His focus is the growth of sales in Atlanta and regionally as well as oversee the growth and direction of operations.
Prior to joining Paragon, Michael was with Document Technologies, Inc. He started with DTI in 1998 shortly after the company opened in Atlanta. As their Senior Account Executive he was responsible for growing, developing and maintaining client relationships in the Atlanta market place. Michael moved to Birmingham, AL in 2005 as the Managing Partner to open the market for DTI. Before DTI, Michael worked at Legal Copies International where he worked in the Facility Management division and IKON as an Account Manager in the Alabama Market place. Michael studied Business Management and Psychology at Samford University in Birmingham, AL.
Randi Truelove
Randi Truelove joined Paragon in May 2010 and currently serves as Director of Technology for the company. Randi engages in a myriad of projects at Paragon that are designed to further Paragon’s technology resources and capabilities.
Prior to joining Paragon, Randi served in the Litigation Support departments of a number of top law firms in the Atlanta area. Randi has worked with numerous large litigation cases involving worldwide collections, multiple terabytes of data collection processing for review and subsequent production, and extensive trials. Her past work experiences have enabled her to build her expertise in electronic discovery, project management, trial consulting and technical operations.
Randi graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology where she obtained a B.S. in Management. Randi is also a part of a number of professional organizations including the American Society of Forensics & eDiscovery and Women in E-Discovery.
Andrea Muzi
Andrea is a Florida Native. She began working for Paragon Legal Technology Support in January 2005. Her initial role for the company was Administrative Assistant. Later that year, she was honored to become part of the Technology Team. Andrea quickly worked her way up from Imaging Post-Processor to Technology Manager, for both the Imaging & eDiscovery Processing Teams.
Prior to joining Paragon, Andrea attended the University of West Florida before transferring to the Florida Gulf Coast University. She graduated with a BA Degree in Liberal Arts.
Andrea Ingram
Andrea Ingram, Project Manager for Paragon Legal Technology Support, has been with the company since January, 2006. Andrea originally joined Paragon as a Legal Support Consultant but transitioned to Project Manager in 2007.
As a Project Manager, Andrea’s main focus is consulting with clients regarding litigation support technologies throughout all phases of litigation. Her responsibilities include establishing project workflows, monitoring and revising project plans, preparing project status reports and activity recaps as needed to ensure client satisfaction and coordinating with operations and other managers across our organization to allow maximum efficiency of project support.
Before joining Paragon, Andrea worked for three years as a Legal Support Consultant in Charlotte, North Carolina. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.S. in Business.
Jeff Teems
Jeff joined Paragon Legal Technologies in January 2011. Jeff currently serves as Operations Manager / Work Flow Coordinator. Prior to joining the team at Paragon, Jeff has served in a variety of roles over the past 17 years. His extensive background includes operating as Customer Service Manager, Business Manager,Account Manager, Site Manager, and Operations Manager.
Because Jeff has multiple years experience working in the law firm environment, as well as, multiple years in the production environment, Jeff is able to relate to the many distinctive and specific needs of Paragon’s clients.
Prior to working in the Legal Documents Service Industry, Jeff served 6 years active duty in the United States Marine Corps.
Phillip Cassady
Phillip Cassady joined Paragon Legal Technology Support of Atlanta in March 2006. He supports numerous law firms, both large and small — consulting on projects ranging from complex e-Discovery matters and online data hosting to simple reprographic projects.
Prior to joining Paragon, Phillip worked at Southeastern Document Services in Birmingham, from the company’s inception in 1999 until 2005. Phillip also served as an account manager and customer service representative at IKON from 1995 to 1999.
Mark Griffin
Mark Griffin, Legal Support Consultant for Paragon Legal Technology Support, has been with the company since its inception in the Atlanta market in 2004.
Mark’s main focus is to establish, service and enrich client relationships by providing exceptional service and a unique perspective that produces client satisfaction with every project. Catering to large and small law firms and corporations, Mark works relentlessly to foster client growth. He works closely with his clients to develop and strategize solutions that produce results with his vast knowledge of the legal technology industry.
Before beginning his career with Paragon, Mark worked in the fields of technology and sports marketing where he gained experience in sales and consulting. Mark, an Atlanta native, has a BS degree in Business from The College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina.
Deany Dziire
Deany Dziire joined Paragon Legal Technologies in March 2012. Dean is a well seasoned consultant that has worked in the Chicago and New York e-Discovery space for 5 years prior to joining Paragon Legal Technologies. He supports corporations, government agencies, and law firms through all stages of e-discovery.
Dean graduated from Damelin Business School in South Africa with a degree in Sales and Marketing Management.
